What are you training for?

Your body and mind adapt to your lifestyle. They change in such a way that they cope with it better. If you use it to run great distances on a regular basis your body adapts to it and makes you able to deal with it easier. It’s called training if you do it on purpose but actually your daily life is one big training. You can change your physics and mindset to help you become what you always wanted to be. It all depends on how you spend your days.

However, beware that even if you don’t consciously train, your body adapts to your lifestyle anyhow. If you don’t push yourself you’ll just wither away. There is no such thing as a standstill in life. Every thing that  stops growing starts dying. With this in mind, what is your lifestyle conditioning your body and mind for? Where are you heading? What are you becoming?
